Producer

Sassicaia

Italy

Sassicaia is produced by the family-owned Tenuta San Guido in Tuscany, directed by Priscilla Incisa della Rocchetta and President Alessandro Berlingieri. The estate combines a long family history, with founder Mario Incisa della Rocchetta, and a dedicated winemaking team led by Carlo Paoli, Alessio Bartolomei and Matilde Gentili; historic oenologist Giacomo Tachis also contributed to the wine’s creation. Its vineyards are supported by the 80-hectare Padule di Bolgheri wildlife refuge, while a five-year partnership with Italy’s National Research Council focuses on biodiversity, protecting the Viale dei Cipressi and promoting eco-friendly practices. Sassicaia reflects a family-run estate committed to preserving its landscape and established winemaking tradition.
