Founded in Chile’s Curicó Valley in 1865 by the Correa Albano brothers, Viña San Pedro has more than 160 years of winemaking history and has expanded its viticulture from north to south, coast to Andes. Its Cachapoal Andes winery, established in 2001 at the foothills of the Andes, focuses on high-end wines from Mediterranean vineyards with pronounced day–night temperature variation, mineral-rich soils, and carefully managed irrigation. Winemaker Gabriel Mustakis leads research, vineyard-focused winemaking, and the use of innovative fermentation and ageing vessels to express individual plots. The resulting wines are described as rich in colour, elegant, fresh, and structured, with vibrant acidity, complex aromas, and ageing potential.
