Domaine Laroche is a historic Chablis estate rooted in the Obédiencerie, a former 9th-century monastery whose cellars still house its aging wines. Focused on Chardonnay, it works across Chablis and selected high-altitude, limestone-rich vineyards in the South of France, seeking freshness, precision, and terroir expression. The domaine emphasizes responsibility and sustainability through an agro-ecological approach, including HVE 3A certification, biodynamics for Grand Crus, biodiversity initiatives, and its “One Man, One Plot” philosophy. In Chablis, its wines are shaped by Kimmeridgian soils and holdings in noted Premier Cru and Grand Cru climats such as Les Vaudevey, Les Fourchaumes, and Les Blanchots.
