Echeverria

Chile

Viña Echeverría is a family-owned, family-run estate in Molina, Curicó Valley, in Chile’s Central Valley. With roots dating back to 1740 and a formal winery established in 1923, it remains owned and operated by Roberto Echeverría and his four children, with Roberto as Technical Director and Chief Winemaker, assisted by Roberto Jr. The estate shifted from bulk wine to boutique production in 1990. Sustainability is central to the project: the winery holds Sustainable status from Wines of Chile and ISO 9001-HACCP certification, and farms organically with no synthetic pesticides, cover crops, natural compost, and low yields. Its winemaking includes vegan-friendly processing and a low-intervention natural line made without added sulfites, fining, or filtration.
