Domaine Sigaut

France

Domaine Sigaut is a family-run estate in Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy, owned and operated by Anne and Hervé Sigaut since 1990. Practicing 100% organic and biodynamic viticulture with horse-ploughing and lunar calendar timing, they focus on low-intervention winemaking using indigenous yeasts, gravity-fed vats, and limited new oak. Their careful morning harvests preserve freshness, resulting in elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines that express the clay-limestone terroir, earning a Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins de Bourgogne 2020.
