Producer

Domaine Rollin Père et Fils

France

Domaine Rollin Père et Fils is a fourth-generation family estate in Pernand-Vergelesses, Côte de Beaune, farming vineyards across five communes and producing a broad range of Burgundy appellations. The domaine has been built over generations, from Raymond and Maurice Rollin to Rémi, Simon and Caroline, with all work carried out by the family team, from vineyard to bottling and sales. Farming is guided by sustainable principles and Terra Vitis certification since 2015, with ploughing, reduced phytosanitary treatments, soil analysis and manual harvesting. In the cellar, the approach is deliberately restrained: whole-cluster pressing for whites, natural fermentations, gentle handling of reds with gravity-fed vatting, élevage in oak, and bottling often without fining or filtration. The aim is clear, terroir-driven Burgundy from both red and white crus around Pernand-Vergelesses.
