Llopart is a long-established family estate in Subirats, Alt Penedès, with documented roots to 1385 and a sparkling wine history dating to 1887. It is known for traditional-method sparkling wines and is a co-founder of Corpinnat, underscoring its commitment to organic grapes, hand harvesting, estate vinification, and long-aged wines. The estate’s mountain vineyards lie on terraces and slopes at around 360 meters, on calcareous soils and within a landscape of Mediterranean forest and protected natural habitat. Farming is organic and bioecological, with sustainable practices, manual work in the vineyard, and a focus on low-vigor vines and naturally low yields. The house also emphasizes Brut Nature styles, long ageing, and the preservation of family history through limited late-release bottles in its Enoteca Familiar.
