Las Cholitas is a Mendoza label for a 2025 Chardonnay from an organically farmed parcel in Tupungato’s Cordon del Plata, within the Uco Valley. The vines grow on sandy desert soils over a limestone seam. The project is a joint venture between French importer Boutinot and Argentine winery Bodega Urqo (Azul y Blanco), with Guillaume Létang and Leo Pisano involved.
