L&B Jousset

France

Founded in 2004 by Lise and Bertrand Jousset, L&B Jousset is a family-owned Loire Valley estate with vineyards in Montlouis-sur-Loire and Touraine. The couple are both owners and winemakers, working organically and under a biodynamic label while avoiding herbicides and pesticides. Their vineyards are managed to encourage biodiversity and living soils. In the cellar, they follow a natural, low-intervention approach, avoiding commercial yeasts, chaptalisation, acidification, and enzymes, with minimal sulfur use. Wines are protected with nitrogen and carbon dioxide, reflecting a careful, additive-free philosophy.
