Clos Marsalette is a modest Bordeaux estate jointly owned by Count Stephan von Neipperg, Didier Miqueu, and founder Francis Boutemy. Its vineyards are around 20 years old and are hand-harvested, with grapes sorted both before and after destemming. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled wooden, concrete, or stainless-steel vats, followed by ageing in French oak barrels. The reds use approximately 50% new oak, while the whites use around 30%. No sustainability certifications or winemaker names are reported.
