Pascal Biotteau is a fourth-generation, family-owned vigneron based in Saint-Jean-de-Mauvrets, on the border of two Anjou sub-regions in the Loire Valley. His vineyards produce 100% Chenin Blanc Anjou Blanc, with winemaking focused on precision, careful vineyard management, and preserving acidity and aromatic expression, particularly in cool, rainy vintages. The wines are marketed in collaboration with the Mary Taylor négociant project.
