Domaine Jean-Jacques Auchère is a family-owned estate in the Bué hills of the Loire Valley, overseen by Jean-Jacques Auchère, who took over in 1987 and personally approves each wine. The Auchère family farms vineyards across several villages on clay and limestone soils, using sustainable, lutte raisonnée practices with low chemical inputs. Jean-Jacques works alongside Baptiste Auchère in the cellar, where gravity-fed transfers, stainless-steel fermentations, and light filtration support a careful, environmentally conscious approach. The wines reflect the family’s hands-on involvement and commitment to preserving quality and site character.
