Domaine Chandon is the Australian arm of Moët & Chandon, part of LVMH, founded in the Yarra Valley in 1986. Based in Coldstream, Victoria, it focuses on méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine and presents itself as part of a global family of winemakers, drawing on broad winemaking expertise and experimentation. The winery was laid out by founding winemaker Tony Jordan and includes its noted Riddling Hall. Its range highlights Étoile, described as the house’s prestige masterblend and pinnacle expression of Australian sparkling wine. Chandon also has a strong visitor focus, with tastings, blending experiences, dining, and private events built around its Yarra Valley estate and views of the Yarra Ranges.
