Domaine Benoit Cantin Irancy

France

Domaine Benoît Cantin is a five-generation family estate in Irancy, Burgundy, owned and led by Benoît Cantin with his son Félicien working in the vineyards. The domaine cultivates Pinot Noir with traces of César, harvesting by hand and fermenting with native yeasts before a year of ageing in 228-litre oak barrels. Its modest production reflects a hands-on, artisanal approach. Sustainability is central: the estate is HVE-certified, participates in the Biodivineto biodiversity programme, collects rainwater for cellar use and uses estate-grown oak. The wines express a natural winemaking philosophy while remaining rooted in the family’s long continuity in Irancy.
