Château Sainte Marguerite

France

Château Sainte Marguerite is a Cru Classé estate in La Londe, in Provence, with roots dating to 1977. The domaine remains led by the Fayard family, with Olivier Fayard overseeing winemaking, while Pernod Ricard holds a majority stake. Certified organic since 2003 and registered vegan, the estate farms organically and emphasizes chemical-free viticulture. Its wines focus on expressing the Côtes de Provence terroirs through varieties such as Rolle, Grenache and Cinsault, with an emphasis on balance, freshness and aromatic precision. Notes also mention massal selection and night harvesting to preserve freshness.
