Producer

Anne Boisson

France

Anne Boisson is part of a family-run Burgundy estate in Meursault, formerly Domaine Boisson-Vadot, now operated with her brother Pierre after their father Bernard’s long stewardship. The family farms parcels in Meursault, Auxey-Duresses and Mâcon-Villages, with a high proportion of old vines. Vineyard work is manual and low-intervention, with hand harvesting, regular ploughing, and no herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers, though the domaine is not formally certified organic or biodynamic. In the cellar, Anne and Pierre vinify together using indigenous yeasts, modest new oak, light fining, little lees stirring, and no filtration.
