Getaria Txakolina Rosé

Txomin Etxaniz is a family-owned estate in Getaria and the oldest known property in the D.O. Getariako Txakolina. The Txueka Etxaniz family has run the winery since at least 1649, with the company formally established in 1930. Its wines are made from self-grown, hand-harvested Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza grapes. Gentle pressing under inert atmosphere, controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel, and lees contact with sur-lie aging shape the estate’s approach before bottling. The winery’s style reflects careful handling of local varieties and a strong connection to its long family history.
