Highlands 41 is a California wine brand rooted in the Creston Highlands district of Paso Robles and inspired by historic Highway 41. Its estate vineyards, located among rolling hills, varied microclimates and limestone- and clay-based soils, benefit from warm days and cool coastal nights. The brand also sources fruit from Monterey, reflecting the Central Coast’s diverse terroir. Highlands 41 emphasizes sustainability, with certified sustainable vineyards and winery operations using solar power, water conservation and recycled water; its approach also includes organic farming principles and natural pest management. Wines are made from estate-grown fruit where noted, including hand-harvested, small-lot production, and are intended to express the region’s energy through ripe fruit, freshness, balance and structure. Highlands 41 is part of Riboli Family Wines, whose California winemaking history dates to 1917.
