La Réserve Saint Dominique

France

La Réserve Saint Dominique is a Rhône Valley selection created by Eric Bonnet, the winemaker behind La Bastide Saint Dominique in Courthézon, whose work includes Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du Rhône, and Cairanne. The range complements his own wines and reflects a cultural ethic focused on preserving balance. Its cuvées emphasize fruit, freshness, balance, and gourmandise, with most wines aged in stainless steel to retain crispness. Appellations are carefully selected to express the character of their individual terroirs, spanning prestigious southern Rhône wines, dependable classics, and a few rare, confidential bottles, particularly among the whites.
