France

Bernard Vallette is a family-owned estate in Burgundy’s Beaujolais region, founded in 1868 and managed by Bernard Vallette. Its historic vineyards have remained in the family for around 150 years. The estate farms organically and biodynamically, avoiding synthetic chemicals and fertilizers while using biodynamic preparations and maintaining grass and wildflower cover to support biodiversity. Wines are made naturally, without fining or filtration and with minimal sulfites. No formal certifications are mentioned.
