Maison Saint Aix

France

Maison Saint Aix is a Provençal estate in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOP, formerly known as Domaine de la Grande Séouve. Owned by Dutch entrepreneur Eric Kurver and his family since 2009, it sits at 420 metres in limestone- and mineral-rich terrain influenced by Mediterranean sunshine and cooling Mistral winds. The estate focuses exclusively on its premium AIX Rosé, made from grapes grown on the property. Viticulture combines sustainable practices and organic farming principles, including a program that renews up to four hectares of vines annually, although no formal certifications are noted. Winemaking is overseen by Gabriel Mondejar with input from oenologist Olivier Nasles, blending traditional methods with modern precision to express the freshness, minerality, and balance of its Provençal terroir.
