Producer

Jean-Marc Pillot

France

Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot is a fourth-generation family estate in Burgundy, led by Jean-Marc Pillot with his wife Nadine and sister Béatrice, while son Antonin now co-manages and co-leads the winemaking. The vineyards are farmed with a natural, low-intervention approach: no chemical herbicides since 2012, hand work throughout the season, year-round ploughing, organic fertilisers, green harvesting, and hand picking. The domaine achieved organic certification in 2024. In the cellar, the style remains restrained and traditional, with natural fermentations, low sulphite use, and some wines kept without racking. The result is a clearly artisanal, family-driven Burgundy domaine focused on attentive vineyard work and gentle winemaking.
