Heaphy Vineyard

New Zealand

Heaphy is a small, family-run winery in Nelson’s Moutere Hills, high above Tasman Bay. Its vineyards, planted in 1973, are among New Zealand’s oldest productive sites and are shaped by the region’s distinctive Moutere clay soils. The estate is certified by Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand, with all grapes sourced from certified vineyards and wines made in certified facilities. Heaphy’s wines are presented as expressions of Nelson’s distinctive environment, including cool ocean breezes, extended sunlight hours, forest, beaches and mountain landscapes. The winery also welcomes visitors at its cellar door and vineyard restaurant in Upper Moutere.
