Domaine des Tours

France

Domaine des Tours is a family-owned estate in Sarrians, Rhône Valley, managed by fourth-generation winemaker Emmanuel Reynaud since 1989. The Reynaud family has been producing wine since 1880 and also operates Château Rayas and Château de Fonsalette. The domaine practices sustainable, organic viticulture across roughly 40 hectares, using horse-plowing, hand-harvesting, and native yeast fermentations without chemical inputs. Wines are aged in the cellars of Château Rayas and Château des Tours, under appellations including Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du Rhône, and Vacqueyras.
