Producer

Italy

Integro is a sixth-generation Leo family producer of Primitivo from San Donaci in Salento, Puglia. Its organically certified vineyards are trained in the Guyot system, with a winemaking philosophy centered on minimal intervention and harmony with nature. Grapes are harvested in the early morning, placed in 10 kg crates, and de-stemmed before fermentation at 22–24°C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation, together with vegan and vegetarian labeling, reflects the estate’s careful, nature-conscious approach.
