Producer

Domaine de Cristol

France

Domaine de Cristol is a boutique Provence estate producing rosé from four hectares of vineyards. Its vines grow on limestone and clay soils across the slopes of the crystalline Maures massif and the first limestone ranges of the Pre-Alps, in a Mediterranean climate. The domaine emphasizes sustainable farming, without citing formal certification, and follows traditional winemaking methods. It operates within the La Vidaubanaise cooperative, founded in 1912, rather than as an entirely independent winery. The estate’s production is focused on rosé, with approximately 26,000 bottles made annually.
