E Prie

Italy

E Prie is a family estate in Soldano, Liguria, founded by Lorenzo Anfosso in 2016 after generations of Anfosso family vineyard cultivation. Its name, meaning “the stones,” evokes the area’s numerous dry-stone walls and the family’s steadfast connection to the land. The estate produces Rossese di Dolceacqua from the Fulavin and ai Pini crus, planted at 250–300 metres on south- and east-facing marly schist slopes. Vines are trained in the historic bush-vine (alberello) system. Winemaking is minimally interventionist, with spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks and a variable proportion of whole clusters.
