Rossese.
Fragrant red fruit with floral, herbal or peppery nuances and a supple structure.
Rossese di Dolceacqua, also labelled simply Dolceacqua, is a red DOC led by Rossese. Its hillside vineyards offer a different expression from Liguria’s better-known white wines. Fresh red fruit, floral or peppery nuances and a supple palate make it an inviting discovery. Compare producer, vineyard and any Superiore mention for the wine’s weight and maturation.
