Domaine Fournier-Longchamps

France

Domaine Fournier-Longchamps is a family-run estate in Rochefort-sur-Loire in the Loire Valley, founded by Philip Fournier-Longchamps after he acquired two properties in 2006–2007. Philip and his son Julien now operate the estate and form its winemaking team. The vineyards, including holdings in Savennières and other appellations, have been organically certified since 2009, with an emphasis on biodiversity and manual selective harvesting. For white wines, the domaine avoids malolactic fermentation to preserve richness and support aging potential.
