Domaine des Monts Luisants

France

Family-owned since 1965, Domaine des Monts Luisants is based in Morey-Saint-Denis, Burgundy, where it tends vineyards more than 50 years old on east-facing clay-limestone sites. The domaine grows exclusively Pinot Noir across five appellations, including Clos de la Roche Grand Cru. Farming focuses on soil work, careful vine care, yield-controlled pruning, and harvesting healthy, ripe grapes, alongside a stated commitment to social responsibility. In the cellar, whole clusters, foot treading, gentle pressing, and up to 10 months in French oak shape the wines, which are bottled at the domaine.
