Domaine Bruno Clair

France

Domaine Bruno Clair is a family-owned estate in Marsannay-la-Côte, Burgundy, founded by Bruno Clair in 1979 and rooted in the Clair family’s long winemaking history. Today, the seventh generation is active at the domaine, with Edouard and Arthur Clair overseeing vineyard and cellar work, alongside Bruno Clair and longtime cellar master Philippe Brun; Isabelle Clair supports the administrative and commercial side. Farming follows lutte raisonnée and is moving toward organic certification, with organic manure, cover crops, reduced copper use, no chemical weeding, and synthetic treatments reserved for difficult vintages. The domaine works across a wide range of Burgundy terroirs and produces reds with partial whole-cluster fermentation as well as long élevage for both reds and whites.
