Domaine Pierrick Bouley

France

Domaine Pierrick Bouley is a small, owner-operated estate in Volnay, Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Pierrick Bouley farms six parcels of Pinot Noir, including old vines more than 70 years old, with an emphasis on sustainability and terroir expression. The fruit is hand-picked with selective removal of unhealthy grapes, while de-budding is avoided and yields are kept low to preserve quality. Its low-intervention approach aims to express the character of the vineyards through carefully made, site-focused wines.
