Monthélie-Douhairet-Porcheret is a small Côte de Beaune domaine in Burgundy, spanning 13 appellations and producing predominantly red wines. The estate is Certified Sustainable under HVE 3, with no herbicides or pesticides used and all grapes harvested by hand. Since 2014, it has been managed by Cataldina Lippo and her husband, Vincent Monfort. Cataldina, granddaughter of historic winemaker André Porcheret, oversees winemaking alongside Vincent, continuing a family connection to the domaine that dates back to André’s tenure from 1989 until his retirement.
