Domaine de Fondrèche

France

Domaine de Fondreche is a family-run estate in the Ventoux region of the Rhône Valley, founded in 1991 and now led by second-generation owner-winemaker Sébastien Vincenti. Its vineyards lie on limestone soils and have been officially certified organic since 2022. The domaine also follows biodynamic, low-intervention practices, including lunar-calendar canopy management, cover crops, organic treatments and no herbicides. Production focuses on terroir-expressive reds and whites, with Vincenti overseeing the work from harvest through bottling.
