Domaine Alain Graillot

France

Alain Graillot is a family-owned estate in Crozes-Hermitage in the Northern Rhône, founded in 1985 by Alain Graillot and now run by his sons, Antoine and Maxime, following Alain’s death in 2022. The domaine farms certified organic vineyards, with some parcels worked biodynamically and a broader move toward biodynamic certification. Grapes are hand-harvested from low-yielding vines, and the winemaking continues a traditional Rhône approach, including whole-cluster fermentation. The focus remains on sustainable viticulture and preserving the style established by the Graillot family.
