Château Saint-Christoly

France

Château Saint-Christoly is a family-owned estate in the heart of Saint-Christoly-Médoc, Bordeaux, with roots dating to the mid-19th century and seven generations of winegrowers behind it. Managed by Cathy Heraud, the estate combines ancestral know-how with a personal, feminine approach to winemaking. Its vineyards lie in the Médoc near the Gironde estuary, on gravelly and clay-limestone soils, and are managed with reasoned pest control under HVE 4 certification. Traditional vinification includes careful sorting and extended maceration, while bottling is carried out at the château. The estate produces AOC Médoc and Bordeaux Rosé, including Cru Bourgeois wines and the second wine Château La Rose Saint-Bonnet.
