La Biancara

Italy

La Biancara is a family-owned estate in Veneto, founded by Angiolino Maule and his wife in the late 1980s and still run with the involvement of their sons. Angiolino and Alessandro Maule lead the winemaking, with a strong commitment to natural viticulture and low-intervention cellar work. The vineyards are farmed organically, and the wines are made with wild yeast fermentations, no commercial yeasts or enzymes, no filtering, very low sulfite additions, and minimal manipulation. This approach reflects the estate’s focus on sustainability and expressive, naturally made wines.
