Domaine Henri Delagrange

France

Domaine Henri Delagrange is a seventh-generation family estate based in Volnay in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, run by Didier and Hélène Delagrange with their children. Alexis Delagrange, their eldest son, leads the winemaking, with Didier also overseeing production. The domaine farms vineyards in Volnay, Pommard, Meursault and Aloxe-Corton, with a strong focus on red wines and a stated aim of finesse, purity and fruit balance, using limited new oak. Since 2023, the estate has been converting to organic farming, with practices including winter cover crops, hand pruning, reduced mechanisation, ploughing, native yeasts and minimal-intervention, vegan-friendly methods. The family’s long history in Volnay and Pommard remains central to the domaine’s identity.
