Producer

Colle Petruccio

Italy

Colle Petruccio is a boutique producer based on its namesake hill in Tuscany, founded and run by former lawyer Sandro Ruffo, who left his legal career to become the estate’s sole winemaker. Its organically farmed vineyards are hand-harvested, with wines made through native-yeast fermentation and a low-intervention approach that avoids fining and filtration and uses only minimal sulfur dioxide. The estate also cultivates olive trees, emphasizing terroir expression and environmentally conscious methods.
