Château Saint-Pierre

France

Château Saint-Pierre refers to two distinct Bordeaux estates with different identities. In Pomerol, it is a Right Bank property owned by the Lavaux family, with vineyards planted mainly to Merlot with Cabernet Franc and consulting input from Stéphane Derenoncourt. In Saint-Julien, it is the smallest classified growth in the Médoc, owned by Françoise Martin and Jean-Louis Triaud and run by third-generation Jean Triaud alongside his siblings. Both estates are described as moving toward more nature-friendly farming, with the Saint-Julien property specifically targeting organic certification by 2024.
