Casebianche is a small-scale, family-owned producer in Campania, Italy, run by Elisabetta Luorio and her husband Pasquale Mitrano, who took over the farm in 2000. They manage a 15-hectare estate with 5.5 hectares of vines, producing around 30,000 bottles annually. The farm has been certified organic since 2009 and employs biodynamic practices, including dynamized compost sprays and legume inter-row sowing. Winemaking is handled by the couple using natural, spontaneous fermentations, with guidance from consultant oenologist Fortunato Sebastiano.
