Casa Agrícola Alexandre Relvas

Portugal

Casa Relvas is a family-owned producer in São Miguel de Machede near Évora in Alentejo, Portugal, led by Alexandre Relvas. While it is a large-scale operation, ownership remains within the founding family. The winery holds Sustainable Production Certification through the Alentejo Wines Sustainability Program and follows organic viticulture practices, including reduced phytopharmaceutical use, soil and ecosystem management, water reuse, sheep grazing in place of herbicides, and lighter, recycled packaging. Its range includes labels such as Herdade S. Miguel, Herdade da Pimenta, and Art.Terra.
