Azienda Agricola Ronchi

Italy

Azienda Agricola Ronchi is a family-owned estate in Barbaresco, Piedmont, rooted in the Ronchi cru and run by Giancarlo Rocca, fourth generation of a family of growers founded by Carlo Rocca in the late 19th century. The estate farms its own vineyards in Barbaresco’s cru zones with an environmentally sensitive approach focused on soil integrity and natural balance: no herbicides or chemical fertilizers, limited mechanisation, cover crops and companion herbs, and hand harvesting. Giancarlo leads the winemaking, continuing the work of Alfonso Rocca while combining tradition with thoughtful innovation, including amphora aging for some wines. The range includes Barbaresco, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera d’Alba and other Piedmont wines.
