Vincent Wine Company is an independently owned Willamette Valley producer founded and run by owner-winemaker Vincent Fritzsche. Working through leases and long-term vineyard partnerships rather than owning vineyards, Fritzsche sources sustainably farmed fruit from sites including Eola-Amity Hills, Ribbon Ridge and other Oregon AVAs; partner vineyards are described as organic and/or biodynamic, with some dry-farmed. The winery makes small-batch, handmade wines with a low-input, hands-off approach, emphasizing natural fermentation, Oregon terroir, vintage transparency, freshness and acidity. Its range centers on site-focused Pinot Noir alongside Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Gamay and skin-fermented Pinot Gris. Beginning with the 2022 vintage, Fritzsche also produces old-school Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon under the Fritzsche label, bringing the fruit to Oregon for production and aging. The winery began with nine barrels in 2009 and built its own facility in Amity in 2024.
