Producer

Domaine Jean‑Luc & Eric Burguet

France

Jean-Luc and Eric Burguet manage their father Alain’s family domaine in Burgundy, overseeing vineyard work and winemaking while the estate remains family-owned. They cultivate their own vineyards alongside leased parcels, following organic principles and experimenting with biodynamic methods without certification. In the cellar, fermentations rely on natural yeasts, with no temperature control and minimal intervention. The brothers also work as micro-negociants, purchasing external grapes for experimental cuvées. Their approach is hands-on and exploratory, combining traditional family stewardship with low-intervention winemaking.
