Producer

Anne‑Sophie Dubois

France

Anne-Sophie Dubois is the sole owner and winemaker of this family-owned Fleurie estate in Beaujolais, with all vines located in the lieu-dit Les Labourons. Farming is organic, with increasing biodynamic practices, permanent cover crops, mulching, manual vineyard work and hand harvesting on steep, granitic slopes. Dubois describes herself as a winegrower first, with a strong focus on vineyard work. In the cellar, she follows a non-interventionist approach: whole-cluster fermentation, indigenous yeasts, no chaptalization, very low sulfur, élevage in old oak, and bottling without fining or filtration. The wines are estate-grown Fleurie, shaped by a single-site ecosystem and a clear emphasis on plot expression.
