Domaine Maurice Schoech

France

Founded in Alsace in 1971, Domaine Maurice Schoech is a family-owned estate run by brothers Jean-Léon and Sébastien Schoech, who are both owners and winemakers. The domaine farms approximately 11 hectares, including Grand Cru parcels in Kaefferkopf and Mambourg, on granitic clay soils. Around 70% of the vines are planted on hillside sites and harvested by hand. The estate has held organic/biodynamic certification since the 2014 vintage and produces around 25 cuvées, reflecting a diverse expression of its Alsace vineyards.
