Cenatiempo is a family-run winery on the volcanic island of Ischia in Campania, founded in 1945 and now owned and operated by Pasquale Cenatiempo and his wife Federica Predoni, with Pasquale as winemaker. Rooted in generations of local winegrowing, the estate farms terraced, hand-worked vineyards across multiple island parcels and follows organic and biodynamic practices without formal certification. Working with native varieties, Cenatiempo focuses on small-batch, low-intervention wines that highlight Ischia’s volcanic and maritime character, using traditional manual vineyard work alongside careful, modern cellar practices.
