Tenuta Scuotto

Italy

Tenuta Scuotto is a family-owned estate in Irpinia, founded in 2009 by Eduardo Scuotto and his son Adolfo. Based in Lapio, among the vineyards of Fiano di Avellino, the estate focuses on expressing the area’s soil, exposure, and microclimate through limited-quantity wines including Fiano, Aglianico, and Taurasi. Farming follows organic principles, with certification beginning from the 2026 vintage, alongside Integrated Pest Management, low yields, and selective hand harvesting. Eduardo remains owner and producer, while Adolfo oversees marketing and production decisions. Enologist Angelo Valentino crafts the wines, combining tradition and innovation, including fermentation in oval Alsace barrels.
