Domaine Coulaudin Bussy is a fifth-generation family estate in Milly, Chablis, run by Roseline and Lionel Bussy, with their son Florian joining in 2024. The family farms vineyards in Chablis and the Premier Cru sites Vaillons and Côte de Lechet, all within a close radius of the domaine. Since 2022, soils have been worked solely with mechanical tools, with reasoned phytosanitary protection adapted to each vintage. Harvesting is mostly mechanical, while winemaking and bottling take place on-site. Lionel Bussy oversees the wines, made with a low-intervention approach in thermoregulated stainless-steel tanks, without oak, and with malolactic fermentation. The domaine produces fresh, traditionally styled Chablis wines from its family-managed vineyards.
